I learned at 19, when my daughter's pediatrician taught me that I was the health advocate for my family, that I wanted to explore all my options. We raised our kids on raw milk and homecooking. Only in later years did I seek my herbalist training, after 17 years of homeschooling our daughters to college. That's when I learned how extensive the natural health community had developed. I'm excited to share the options I have used with my own family, and with my clients, and guide you to the next levels in building your wellness arsenal.

In 2022, I lost my husband of 34 years to heart damage caused by covid. Our 6 month ordeal with the disease, his stroke and recovery, and then his eventual passing made me even more aware of the importance of having a prepared home wellness toolbox, a library of the best resources for natural health, and a plan to address any issues that arise in my family and community.

I plan to share my wellness tips and protocols, ebooks on various topics, links to the products we use, and so much more. My goal is to live in victorious widowhood as I continue my purpose of helping my family and community thrive in these challenging times.
